Before You Download: What You Need

A smooth install takes less than five minutes if your phone is ready. Check these four things first:

Troubleshooting: When the Install Will Not Work

“Install blocked” or “Unknown apps can’t be installed”

This is the permission from step 4. Go to Settings > Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps (the exact path varies by brand), choose the app you downloaded with — usually Chrome or Files — and switch “Allow from this source” on. Then tap the APK again.

“App not installed” or “Parse error”

Almost always a corrupted download or a storage problem. Delete the partial file, free up storage space, reconnect to stable Wi-Fi, and download again from the official Lucky 91 download link. If an older copy of the app is already installed, uninstall it first — Android refuses to install over an APK signed with a different signature.

The download will not start or keeps stalling
